Dial One, R. M. Stephens Landscape, Inc. was under contract with the Lido Isle Community Association from January 1, 1983 through June 30, 1988. His services were to supply landscape maintenance; irrigation construction-maintenance and modifications; landscape design and installation; and emergency landscape-related irrigation/plumbing work.
During the term of this contractual arrangement, Dial One supplied blanket maintenance services for Lido Isle, installed partial or complete landscape installations for 15 isle locations and automated the irrigation services the entire landscape properties maintained or controlled by the Association. Mr. Stephens was able to successfully interface with 5 different liaisons in charge of landscape operations for the Board of Directors, as well as 3 Administrative Directors.
At all times, Dial One maintained open and productive channels of communication with all levels of the Association hierarchy. Mr. Stephens and his workmen were at all times receptive to suggestions. Mr. Stephens personally attended to emergency situations at all hours with a quick and positive response. Their landscape installations were thoroughly enjoyed by the Lido Isle residents.
